Our mission is to provide capital and expertise
Our mission is to build a modern financing ecosystem for entities that lay the foundations for regional security - from startups and SMEs to established defense systems integrators.
Funding for the Defense Sector
We provide capital, financial structures, and expertise to companies carrying out projects of strategic importance to national security. Our operating model is based on fast and flexible financing—without complex equity structures.
We offer specialized financial instruments: bonds, loans, bridge financing, leasing, and factoring, as well as support for equity contributions to European defense programs (EDF, ASAP, SAFE).
We operate in accordance with the highest compliance standards: we hold AQAP, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 37001 certifications, as well as a WSK certificate and an NCAGE identification number. This ensures full transparency of our processes for our partners and minimizes legal and reputational risks.
Strategic raw materials
We focus on recovering metals and strategic elements from secondary raw materials, such as mine tailings and metallurgical and industrial waste. We offer unique hydrometallurgical and electrochemical technologies. Our activities are in line with the EU’s Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA) and directly support the supply chains of the Polish and European defense industries.
