We recover raw materials from waste

We are developing technology for recovering metals from mine tailings, slag, and industrial waste. We are strengthening the security of raw material supplies for Poland and Europe.

We combine capital, science, and experience to recover valuable metals from waste.

OUR PROJECTS

We develop projects of strategic importance

The pilot plant is intended to verify the effectiveness of the recovery process, the purity of the metals, energy consumption, and throughput. We are using the technology developed by Prof. Przemysław Łoś, which has already been applied in similar projects in China and Chile.

SOURCES OF RAW MATERIALS

Waste That Becomes Landfills

In Poland alone, 1,382 post-mining sites containing over 1 billion cubic meters of waste have been inventoried. Many of them were created at a time when technology did not allow for the extraction of all elements. Today, anthropogenic deposits around the world are treated almost on par with natural deposits. Sources of metals may include:

01

Mining waste piles

Waste accumulated over as many as 200 years of mining operations. It may contain, among other elements, tantalum, niobium, antimony, hafnium, gold, and silver.

02

Steel slag

Remnants of ancient smelting processes from which the technologies of that time were unable to extract all the valuable elements.

03

Industrial waste

Current waste streams, including cables, electronics, batteries, motors, and cutting tools.

04

Materials containing metals

Industrial acids and liquids containing metal solutions that can be recovered using hydrometallurgical and electrorefining methods.

Cooperation on Raw Materials

From Research to Raw Material Sourcing

Each waste pile has a different composition, which is why we begin our collaboration with testing. We invite owners of waste piles, landfills, and recycling companies to contact us.

STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE

Critical raw materials are essential for modern defense

Critical raw materials are essential for the production of weapons, electronics, and electric motors. Currently, their supply depends largely on countries outside the EU. The EU’s Critical Raw Materials Act of 2024 aims to ensure a secure supply for Europe, in part by increasing the recovery of raw materials from waste.

APPLICATION

Key Areas of Application

Weapons systems, ammunition, and solutions used in modern defense.

Modern weapon systems, tungsten cores for anti-tank ammunition, specialized alloys, coatings.

Military electronics, radar, communications, and sensor systems.

Control systems, laser and optical systems, and microprocessors.

Drones, advanced components, and specialized metal alloys.

Drones, electric motors, and permanent magnets made of neodymium and dysprosium.

SCIENTIFIC COLLABORATION

We are looking for partners for research on metal recovery

Our technology is being developed by Prof. Przemysław Łoś. We invite research teams and technology companies working in areas such as mineral separation, hydrometallurgy, and electrochemistry to contact us. Together, we will combine scientific knowledge with capital, and the results of our research will contribute to the development of new facilities.
